A fully covered 20,000 sq. ft. Pavilion is available by arrangement on site for use of your large group or rally. This fully covered structure will protect your group from the elements while providing everything needed for your special event. A full kitchen with a commercial grill and BBQs are perfect for pancake breakfasts to steak dinners. There is also a huge "indoor" fire pit and seating areas, plus an abundant amount of room to showcase coaches under cover. We will be more than happy to set it up to suit your custom tailored needs.

This is the largest covered events center at an RV Resort that we are aware of. It is designed to create a versatile space for your needs.

The resort is scheduled to be complete in late 2007 or early 2008, with a total of 425 sights. Just over half of these will be open in 2006. The majority of our sights will accommodate large coaches. Many of our sites (approx. 125 of them) are pull thru design and are over 80 ft. long. We also have large back in and pull in sites as well.

Most of our sites have room to park a towed vehicle, with additional parking available.
In addition to our covered events center, there are several picnic areas located thruout the resort with shade structures and BBQs. We also have a large "Great Room" at our clubhouse which can accommodate groups of up to 150 people. It features a full kitchen with dual ranges, microwave ovens, and refrigerators. To compliment all our indoor facilities, we gave our clubhouse a massive courtyard which will accommodate goups of up to 500 people with ease.
